Shipping Facts:
We are an online-only business.
Orders placed before 12pm ACST from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed, processed, and dispatched on the same day.
While we aim to process all orders on the day of purchase, this may not always be possible. If so, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Providers:
SneakyShisha uses Australia Post and Sendle for shipping. We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options.

When will my product be shipped?
Your order will be shipped either the same day or the next business day. 

What days do you ship?
We ship parcels from Monday to Saturday using Australia Post or Sendle.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
We dispatch our parcels from Mawson Lakes 5095 via Australia Post and Sendle. Delivery times vary based on the destination, but we aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible

VIC: 3-6 days.

What if I am not home when my items are delivered?
If you are not home, the driver may leave your item in a safe place. You will receive a tracking number with your order, allowing you to track the delivery status.

What if my item is damaged during delivery?
If your item is damaged during delivery and you wish to request a refund or exchange, we will provide a return tag at no cost to you to send the item back to us.

No, Please contact us if you wish to buy Wholesale Or Bulk orders and we will provide you with the estimated shipping cost of your order.
